What it does

Everything your label runs on, connected

No more chasing spreadsheets, inboxes and shared folders. Every release, statement and contract stays linked to the artist it belongs to.

Releases with delivery checks

Each release has its checklist: masters, artwork, codes, credits, splits and pitch. You see what's missing before it reaches the distributor, not after.

Royalties from every distributor

Import the statements each distributor sends, match them to your catalog and give every artist a clear royalty statement, with advances and recoupment.

A&R and demos

Demos land in one inbox. Listen, comment and decide as a team, and keep the history of every artist you've followed.

Contracts and rights

Deals, splits and key dates for every track. TONTRIA reminds you before an option or a term runs out.

Frequently asked questions

What is TONTRIA for Labels?

Record label management software: releases, royalties, A&R, contracts, roster, calendar, finances and press in one workspace. It was born inside a working independent record label to replace the spreadsheets and folders we used ourselves.

What tool does a record label use to make content for its whole roster?

One that lets several people work together, keeps each artist's brand separate and puts every piece in one place. For short videos (clips for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, lyric videos and Canvas), TONTRIA Clips has a Label plan: up to 5 team members, separate brand kits per artist and 1,500 credits per month. In TONTRIA for Labels, content is made with TONTRIA Clips and uses credits. See TONTRIA Clips for labels.

Does it replace my distributor?

No. TONTRIA doesn't deliver music to stores or collect royalties for you. You keep your distributor; TONTRIA organizes what you deliver and imports the statements you receive, so you can account to each artist.

Does it handle a label's catalog management?

Yes. Every release in your catalog keeps its UPC and ISRC codes, artwork, credits, splits and who owns each master, with a checklist that flags what's missing before it goes to your distributor. Royalties from all your distributors show up together by artist, release, period and territory. Read our guide: What is an ISRC code (and a UPC).

Which distributors can I import royalties from?

You import the statement files your distributors send you. During setup we go through your distributors' formats with you, before you commit.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your roster, your catalog and your team, so we quote each label. Write to tontria.ai@gmail.com and we reply within 24 hours.

Can my artists see their own statements?

Yes, if you want them to. You decide what each artist sees: their releases, statements, contracts or calendar. Nothing is shared until you turn it on.

What does the AI do, and does it cost extra?

The AI agents help you draft pitches, read contracts and prepare detailed reports. They use AI credits that are part of your plan, set in your quote; everything else in TONTRIA for Labels doesn't. The AI never sends or publishes anything without your OK.

What language is the app in?

The app is in Spanish today, with English on the way. Setup and support are in English or Spanish.

Is my data safe?

Each label works in its own private workspace, with roles for every person on the team. We don't sell your data.
